Ahead of the 2015/16 season the Cardiff Rugby Life blog was setup. The idea was for a Cardiff Blues fan site providing news, opinion and analysis.

Since then it's grown month-on-month, reaching an ever expanding number of Cardiff Blues fans, as well as people from the wider rugby community.

With the second season done and dusted it's time for expansion outside of the website and Twitter, and as well as an imminent podcast, a shop was put on the agenda.

As the official club shop has been a let down of late, this will again be for the fans, offering initially casual t-shirts all with Cardiff Blues links.

The idea is not to create a profit for any one individual, so all money made from the selling of the products will be donated to the Stay Strong for Ows campaign, assisting Cardiff Blues centre Owen Williams in his recovery from a career ending neck injury.
